HISTORY

In 2019, The Employee Ownership Expansion Network (EOX) began to create a nationwide network of State Centers for Employee Ownership. The purpose of this grassroots effort is to provide education and outreach on the benefits of all forms of employee ownership to workers, businesses, and the communities in which they reside as well as being a hub for resources to business owners and their advisors.

Established in 2025, NDCEO is one of the newest state centers to be created with the support of EOX. As the 25th State Center, NDCEO is proud to be among a strong and growing network while being independently operated and led by local volunteers within our communities we serve.
